Sheets are nice, just average. Color is more a yellow tan than a brown tan as shown. Don't understand why some colors were priced higher than others.

When I saw these sheets, they were exactly what I'd been looking for. Or so I thought. Unfortunately the quality is rather poor. They feel very thin, more so than the ones I was replacing because they'd worn out after many (almost 10) years of use. These haven't even seen me through one year.
The fit was another problem. The first time I put them on my bed (and it's not a super-thick mattress - only 10") it was a tight fit. The fitted sheet almost didn't make it. The top sheet was a bit shorter than I'd have liked. Now that they've been washed many times, they don't fit at all. It takes two of us to wrestle the fitted sheet on. As for the top sheet, it has shrunk so much that I can either fold it over the blanket more than 2" at the top or I can tuck it under the end of the mattress enough that it won't come untucked at night. How anyone with the thicker mattresses cope is beyond me.
I'm about to break down and go to Wallyworld as they seem to be the only ones around who carry sheets with good quality fabric anymore. Now that's just pathetic.

We were given a California King bed and needed some new sheets asap. It's a hard size to find and money was tight, so I was happy to find these! While it is true that these sheets are very soft, they're almost TOO soft and too thin.
Let me explain- our mattress is not a deep pillow top. It's a pretty regular depth mattress. While people who have deep mattresses probably appreciate how deep these sheets are, for us the fitted sheet is so baggy it just feels like I'm getting tangled up in it all night. If the sheets were thicker and a bit more crisp, I don't feel like this would be as much of a problem. On the same note, even the top sheet doesn't ever stay in place. Each time I turn during the night, instead of sliding under the sheets, the sheet follows me and ends up all twisted around me.
We have had these sheets for several months. I feel like I'm constantly re-tucking in the sheets trying to remedy the problem but nothing ever helps. My husband and I are not picky. We just wanted some cheap sheets for our bed (which these are). But the fit of these sheets is driving us crazy!! I can't wait until we can buy a good set!
